Black bean salad

Ingredients
1 (15-ounce) can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1/2 seedless cucumber (rinsed)
1 cup pre-diced fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup matchstick carrots
1/2 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
1/2 cup light olive oil vinaigrette

Steps
1. Place beans in large bowl. Chop cucumber into bite-size pieces; add to beans.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients; chill until ready to serve.
