Ingredients
1 1/2 cups reduced fat milk
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups instant white rice
1/2 cup processed American cheese spread
Steps
1. Preheat saucepan on high for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add milk and broccoli and bring just to boiling point.
3. Stir in rice and cheese. Cover and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
