1 romaine lettuce heart, finely chopped
1/4 medium head green cabbage, finely chopped
2–3 green onions, thinly sliced
4 oz crumbled blue cheese
1 (3.75-oz) package flavored, sliced almonds
1/2 cup fat free raspberry salad dressing
Prep
- Chop romaine
- Cut cabbage into quarters; chop one quarter (reserve remaining cabbage for another use)
- Slice green onions (1/4 cup)
Steps
- Place all ingredients (except dressing) in salad bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat and serve.
