1 (15-oz) can green pigeon peas (drained and rinsed)
1 (13.5-oz) can coconut milk
1/2 cup fresh pre-diced onions
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan on medium heat. Cook and stir 10–12 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.
- Reduce heat to lowest setting until ready to serve.
