Confetti Corn

Ingredients
1 small zucchini (rinsed)
1 (10-ounce) box frozen whole kernel corn
3 tablespoons diced pimientos
2 tablespoons pre-diced onions
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon butter

Steps
1. Trim ends off zucchini and discard. Cut zucchini into lengthwise quarters and then cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices; place in microwave-safe bowl.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients (except butter). Cover and microwave on HIGH for 7–8 minutes, stirring once, or until tender and thoroughly heated.
3. Drain; stir in butter. Serve.
