Picante Potatoes

Ingredients
aluminum foil
cooking spray
1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated southwest-style hash browns
1/4 cup pre-diced green onions

Steps
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with foil; coat with cooking spray.
2. Arrange potatoes evenly over foil and sprinkle with onions; coat with cooking spray. Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are golden and tender. Serve with picante sauce and sour cream, if desired.
