Seasoned Steaks

Ingredients
3 tablespoons seasoned steak marinade
1 tablespoon browning sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
large zip-top bag
4 boneless NY strip steaks (about 2 lbs)

Steps
1. Preheat grill. Place all ingredients (except steaks) in zip-top bag; seal and shake to blend. Add steaks (wash hands); seal tightly and shake to coat. Let stand 10 minutes up to 30 minutes to marinate.
2. Place steaks on grill (wash hands); close lid (or cover loosely with foil). Grill 4–5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (for medium-rare). Use a meat thermometer to accurately ensure desired doneness. Serve.
