Ingredients
2 cups water
1/2 cup reduced-fat milk
2 tablespoons garlic butter
1 (4.9-ounce) box au gratin potato mix
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Steps
1. Place water, milk, and garlic butter in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on high.
2. Stir potatoes, seasoning (from flavor packet), salt, and pepper into boiling water. Cover, reduce to medium-low, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Serve.
