1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb grilling steaks (such as ribeye, strip, or top sirloin)
2 teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning
Steps
- Preheat grill. Brush Worcestershire sauce over both sides of steaks; then sprinkle seasoning over both sides (wash hands).
- Place steaks on grill (wash hands); close lid (or cover loosely with foil). Grill 3-5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (for medium rare). Use a meat thermometer to accurately ensure desired doneness. (Grills vary widely; adjust time as needed.)
- Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into 4 portions and serve.
