Ingredients
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato pesto
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
5 ounces spring mix salad blend
2 teaspoons capers (drained)
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons sliced black olives
1 cup grape tomatoes (rinsed)
Steps
1. Whisk together in salad bowl, sun-dried tomato pesto, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce until blended.
2. Add remaining ingredients; toss and serve.
