Stuffed Shells Florentine

Ingredients
1 (9-ounce) box frozen creamed spinach
olive oil cooking spray
2 (20-ounce) bags frozen cheese-stuffed pasta shells
1 (26-ounce) jar tomato/basil pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
aluminum foil

Steps
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove spinach from packaging and place in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes or until thawed.
2. Coat 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place shells in dish, filling side up.
3. Stir pasta sauce into spinach, then pour over shells. Sprinkle with cheese and cover tightly with foil. Bake 50 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
4. Remove foil and bake 8–10 more minutes to brown cheese. Serve. (Makes 6 servings.)
