Kielbasa Stew

Ingredients
1 pound kielbasa
2 cups frozen whole onions
1 (12-ounce) jar fried peppers and onions
1 (14-ounce) can reduced-sodium beef broth
3 tablespoons cornstarch


Steps
1. Preheat slow cooker on high.
2. Slice sausage into bite-size pieces and place in slow cooker.
3. Add onions. Add fried peppers and onions.
4. Mix broth and cornstarch together in medium mixing bowl until smooth. Add to slow cooker.
5. Reduce heat to low and cook 8-10 hours. Serve.
