Spanish Rice

Ingredients
1 (6-ounce) package Mexican-style rice (10-minute variety)
1 cup mild salsa
1 cup water

Steps
1. Combine in medium saucepan, rice (including seasoning packet), salsa, and water; cover and bring to boil on high.
2. When boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until most of water is absorbed.
3. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes or until desired consistency. Stir before serving.
