Sweet and Spicy Meatball Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) package frozen cooked meatballs
1 (1.06-ounce) packet ginger teriyaki marinade
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 tablespoon roasted garlic
4 cups frozen Oriental stir-fry (contains broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, pea pods, red peppers, mushrooms and bamboo shoots)


Steps
1. Place meatballs in microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high 3 minutes. Drain, if needed.
2. Preheat wok or large sauté pan on high for 2-3 minutes.
3. Sprinkle marinade mix on meatballs. Cover and shake to coat evenly.
4. Place oil and garlic in wok or sauté pan (pan should sizzle). Add meatballs and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring often.
5. Place vegetables in same microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high 3 minutes. (Do not drain.)
6. Add vegetables to meatballs and cook 4-5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, stirring often.
7. Serve over rice.
